    Wow, put on some IcyHot before heading to the gym and felt all right, but about halfway through (started during the BP) my RC was screaming at me between sets. Definitely going to have to take it easy for a little while. Had a mild discomfort at the top of the DL yesterday, will post up some of the vids after they upload to YouTube.

    Gonna alternate ice/heat with the shoulder tonight.

    Got a jump tomorrow morning (lame), going to the track for some sprints afterwards. Headed to the PA on Monday to have my shoulder looked at (although I know they won't do anything about it), I figure I'll be able to get a little time to rehab it on my own. Figure I'll have them check this knee out while I'm there.

  17. No sprinting yesterday.

    Jump got pushed to the right by 2 hours so we didn't load until 1100. Weather was good, jump was terrible.

    Crashed into the ground and watched all the guys who jumped before me drift slowly down.

    My shoulder hurts, and my knee isn't my friend. Oh well, just another day lol.

    Went in today and made up the work I missed yesterday. For those who haven't seen it elsewhere, I am pulling guard shifts from 2200-0200 every night for the next couple of weeks. I don't know how that is going to affect my schedule as of right now, but I don't expect good things from it. Cut today's workout short by 1 complex.

    Never got a chance to see the PA yet, so yeah. Muscle Rub and Anti Inflammatory Meds for me right now.

    Lol I kicked the top box off and landed on the one under it with my feet 2 feet in front of my torso. Then immediately fell on my back from 4' up lol.

    Hurt like hell. Just 2" higher than what I could make today.

  34. Been a little quiet in here recently lol.

    Update:

    Finished the last week of workouts, but haven't done any this week. Getting off at 2 and showing up at 530 is wearing me down a wee bit. I keep passing out, in uniform, on my floor when I get off in the afternoon lol.


    Starting up a modified conjugate here in the next week or so. Not 100% PLing oriented, a sort of mix between the WS4SB and regular WSB conjugates. All will become apparent soon, hoping I can continue to progress without Jason programming for me (money related).

    I had posted up the outline on the M+B forum and the monsters over there gave me the green light on it, I will probably post it in here as well here in the next few days.

    Just poking in for now and letting you all know I'm not dead lol.

    Hopefully a, 300# Bench, 400# Squat, and 450# DL. (Lol, don't hold your breath on those)

    My last maxes were about 50# off those marks, except for DL. I got a ways to go there, I really don't like that I squat more than I DL lol.
