Hey everyone, I'm Dmmcclair and this is my first training log.
Right now I'm on vacation and have been doing some body weight workouts.
Pull-ups - 5x10
Military push-ups - 5x15
Wide grip pull-ups - 5x6-10
Pistol squats - 5x5-10
L-sit - 5x 15-30 sec hold
Dips - 5x8-15

Prior to vacation I have been running the 5/3/1 program (triumvirate variation) and the strength is phenomenal, been eating roughly 3500 cals not really counting macros basically just shovel it down method.

Will post again with my next workout
