    Ok boys had a damn good chest workout today. To be honest I feel as if I'm on the Juice

    Also I am running Joint Mechanic Plus for MST too see if I can get over my f'ed up back trouble. Would love to have ya following along there aswell.

    Today I dosed:
    3 swoll-n pwo
    6 t-blast pwo
    3 joint mechanic (as soon as I got out of mail box)
    2 multi v

    Flat bp:
    135x10 warmup
    225x10
    275x6
    315x4
    275x6
    225x10

    Incline db:
    80x10
    90x8
    100x6

    Incline db flies:
    55x10
    75x10
    85x6 pr reps and weight

    Cable downward crossovers:
    60x10
    70x10
    80x10

    Cable upward crossovers:
    30x10
    40x10
    40x10

    Afterwards slammed 2 scoops of recover-d. This is the 2nd time working chest and I know I said I wouldn't do this because I regressed the first time I did, well today I progressed haha

    T-blast is realy kicking in already but I'm actualy coming off another daa booster. Loven t-blast and wife is too as the libido jacked up now

    Was truly pumped today, ready for more. But now its shopping time with the wifey.

    I usually rest til im ready!!! About 3-5 mins for work sets.. warm ups, just enought time to change weight and drink a sip of SUPP -D !!! Load it up next set~~

    Love to have ya Boss! I know its been ruff on me and I've just been doing it for almost 2 years. Then again I'm no spring chicken no more either lol. I'm hurting bad so it will be tested for sure.

    Nice Brotha! Congrats on your Sobriety. I went 3 years without drinking mainly to focus on the other stuff. I was drinking more before I started lifting, now its a beer or so every month. Lifting seriously causes ya to forget about that stuff to me. Proud of u!

    I just finished my bottle Of T-blast.... I was using 2/2/2 consistently. I see 6caps post workout is that the amount daily or do you hit up more?

    I take all 6 pre-workout. About 45 minutes before. On off days I do 3 in am and 3 pm. I feel a lot more agression doing it this way. Taking it in conjunction with the swoll-n creates massive pumps durring my workouts.

    Day 10: I just got through running a daa booster prior to t-blast durring my pct. So I'm realy enjoying thet-blast rite now lol T-blast I feel a lot more off it than the d-pol I just ran, but then again I was on pct too. But I am getting amazing sexual energy off this for sure, and in the gym its as if I'm on aas.

    My apetite is at an all time high! Great day for that, gunna kill me lots of turkey, ham, another smoked ham and another smoked turkey lol and all those goodies and pies. Lol

    On the other hand my main lifts are done for awhile according to my dr. He said I have a tear in my glut lol. I laugh but it hurts like a mother effer. Waiting on vikes and muscle relaxers now

    He still gave me the green light on all other lifts except deads, leg press, and squats. Skipped todays chest because of pain but tomorrow its on for sure.

    I ll go full force starting next week!!!! Last couple of holiday visits and dinners!! ugh, fun but killing me!! not at weight class right now... hahaha.. close thou.. in july i had to drop 22 lbs in 35 days to make weight.. getting too old for that!!!

    Workout: Legs and Back

    Supplements: 2 scoops supp-d, 4 pills SWOLL-N, 1 scoop RECOVER-D pre-workout. **I like taking protein before gnarly leg workouts or heavy workouts**

    Deadlift: 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 reps
    135, 225, 315, 375, 405, 465 lbs

    Front Squats: 5, 5, 5, 3, 1, 1, 1 reps
    135, 185, 225, 275, 315, 315, 315 lbs

    Heavy Leg Press: 5 sets 10 reps 8 45 lbs plates each side

    Weighted pullups: 15, 12, 10, 8, 20 reps
    -25 lbs, 45 lbs, 70 lbs, 90 lbs, no weight

    Close grip lat pull downs: 4 sets 15 reps 200 lbs

    seated chin up grip cable rows: 4 sets 12 reps 200 lbs

    calf raises

    20 mins bicycle, low intensity

    3 scoops of RECOVER-D and a half pound of left over prime rib from Christmas dinner !

    Thanks man. I was just feeling it today. In fact I am about to lift another session of back and abs. The T-BLAST has me recovering like crazy but I also had a low key past couple weeks. I have had the equivalent of shin splints in my forearms for awhile now because I have been preacher curling too heavy. Minus a couple days I have pretty much lifted for just a half hour every day for the past couple weeks. Needless to say I am all healed up now and looking to be 5' 10" 215 lb shredded up for the Los Angeles Fitness Expo January 19th!

    So that's what I feel in my arm.... Topsof forearm close to elbow? I got some clicks in the elbow too. That all started when I was getting heavy on preacher curls. I was hitting 70lbs ... But at the time my arms were exploding and I felt strong as hell didn't want to stop.
