Wat up AM.. Starting a workput log here so i cud see how i progress. Eventually i wud really like to compete in some show but im jus at a very busy point in my life with school and work so for now i am on a very steady recomp. I am not currently using any specific lifting program and jus aggravated am ol back injury so progress has slowed a bit even more but i am extremely dedicated. I make sure to incorporate a lot of negative setes forced reps and drop sets. Yes i am a pump chaser but i have my heavy days..heres a few before and after pics to get started.
