Took a little break this weekend to get outside - Red River Gorge was calling my name. Had plenty of cardio & if you can make it out from the pictures, a couple decent climbs & descents to blast legs out - in the first photo up above, our route down was right down the face of that rock.
UR Spray seems to be doing its job - I'm not "feeling" anything out of it, but every day I can see a bit more of my abs & everything looks a bit fuller
Anabeta/AD-3/DAA : only a few days into this....
Anabeta - I've been really noticing the increase in thirst - made my backpacking trip a bit more challenging, as we had to haul our water for the entire trip - I killed 9 liters in 2 days, compared to about 4-5 a piece for the others in the group. I can feel my appetite is starting to rise as well.
DAA - still a bit early for full-effects, but I've been noticing a bit of a weird rush type feeling just after taking it - the closest thing I can relate it to is how I felt when I quit smoking...
AD-3 - not really noticing much yet, except coming off MassHGH (&previous to that, HGHPro), my sleep has kinda sucked, comparatively - I'm waking up a lot during the night. Hopefully that settles down. I've been wondering if I made the wrong choice with AD-3 vs. Erase, as I'm not sure about the velvet bean in AD-3, since it was in MassHGH & mucana in HGHPro - maybe too much time with the same ingredient?
