    Notes: Wow – that kinda hurt…in the best way popssible. I hadn’t done deep squats in a minute (currently working on getting a rack in my basement – first test of my temporary solution), so decided to throw in a set to finish out my big compound movements.

    Big thanks to Mack for the hook-up on a couple scoops of Muscle Marinade- I downed one scoop first thing this morning – definitely felt a different sort of energy than I’m used to. Don’t know if it was today’s workout, the MM, or both, but I was lightheaded & whooped by the end of my workout – enough to end up a couple minutes late to work…lol

    Trying to decide when to start my stack (Anabeta, AD-3PCT, DAA). I’m thinking as soon as possible. I don’t want to taint my experience with this 2nd scoop of MM, so I’ll wait until after tomorrow – arm day.

    Already a week or so in on the UR Spray. Not “feeling” anything, but seeing more of my abs than ever.

    Good to have ya! I agree - It takes some work keeping up with all these.

    Yeah - the MM was good stuff - I dunno what it was, but I ended up getting really woozy & lightheaded towards the end. I'm sitting at my desk now, legs feeling totally drained - so I can only assume the MM gave me a little kick in the pants this morning

    I haven't finished the Hemavol completely, but I do like it - actually picked up another tub for my stash. I've been playing around with stacking it or taking solo - finding good combos & dosages. I found that Volatile & Hemavol didn't really do anything extra being stacked - except make me crash afterwards. However, I have a tub of maniac at home & that with a scoop of hemavol gave killer pumps. Same with Motivate. I've also noticed Hemavol will either give me a wicked pump or I'll find my endurance a bit higher - one or the other, but not really both at the same time. I like having something non-stim around - help keep my tolerance lower, if possible. My sweet spot for straight hemavol is around 1.5-2 scoops.

    Took a little break this weekend to get outside - Red River Gorge was calling my name. Had plenty of cardio & if you can make it out from the pictures, a couple decent climbs & descents to blast legs out - in the first photo up above, our route down was right down the face of that rock.

    Supplements:

    UR Spray seems to be doing its job - I'm not "feeling" anything out of it, but every day I can see a bit more of my abs & everything looks a bit fuller

    Anabeta/AD-3/DAA : only a few days into this....
    Anabeta - I've been really noticing the increase in thirst - made my backpacking trip a bit more challenging, as we had to haul our water for the entire trip - I killed 9 liters in 2 days, compared to about 4-5 a piece for the others in the group. I can feel my appetite is starting to rise as well.
    DAA - still a bit early for full-effects, but I've been noticing a bit of a weird rush type feeling just after taking it - the closest thing I can relate it to is how I felt when I quit smoking...
    AD-3 - not really noticing much yet, except coming off MassHGH (&previous to that, HGHPro), my sleep has kinda sucked, comparatively - I'm waking up a lot during the night. Hopefully that settles down. I've been wondering if I made the wrong choice with AD-3 vs. Erase, as I'm not sure about the velvet bean in AD-3, since it was in MassHGH & mucana in HGHPro - maybe too much time with the same ingredient?

    Notes: Nothing like squatting til you throw up, right?..... not sure what that was all about - hopefully not getting sick. I remember from the last time I tried Anabeta, that on an empty stomach, sometimes it wouldn't agree. I'll be keeping an eye on this - I might postpone my morning dose if it keeps up...

    Notes:

    Anabeta - Didn’t get sick this morning – always a plus. However, Anabeta does tweak my stomach a bit first thing in the morning – due to that, I’ve been keeping my doses spaced 4 times a day, training or rest days.

    DAA – really starting to feel this coming on. Libido is rising more & more each day. There’s something going on there, but I’ll spare you the graphic detail…

    AD-3 PCT - My shoulder has been a little more creaky since starting this. It effects my lifts a bit mentally. I notice my hands can be a little achy in the morning as well.

    I noticed my shoulder press numbers kinda fell off today. Went to do a drop set – thought I had 35, hammered out 20 reps. Set the weight down & noticed that I had 40 on it – somethings up…strength seems a little off, but I’m still getting reps out. Just gonna keep an eye on it.

    Overall, felt ok. My abs are cutting in more & more lately. My wife’s b-day is tomorrow, so we’ve had a couple dinners out. I figure as long as I’m not throwing on too much fat, I can have some extra calories with this stack. Hungry this morning – need to feed the beast…

    Wife's bday was yesterday, so my diet kinda sucked. Tasty yes, but my macros were f@cked ... out to eat for all my meals (except for slamming a shake to sneak some protein). Supping up and getting ready for leg day - anabeta, daa, multi and fish oil : down the hatch-
