This will be an unsponsored log and hopeful motivation from anyone who drops by.

After a visit to the doc for a check up and yearly blood work. I found out my test levels were extremely low for someone of my age. I decided to get off the couch and go back to the gym after a few months of pure lazy.

Preworkout- 2 scoops hemoval, 1 scoop maxamize.
Intra- 2 scoops compete (tastes so good)

Don't hit the legs too hard. Slowly gonna work these back in. Felt the muscle streach in my quads, ouch and great at the same time.
