    AB I notice you are staying in an 8 rep range... How does it seem to be working? Did your trainer recommend that? What were his reasons to do so?

    I'm obviously not arguing with your trainer, I'm curious. I've always read for strength low reps...

    8 is low... And those are on assesory lifts... Presses, deads, squats... We do tre sets and mono sets... Occasional 6 set.

    possibly a working + warmup set in one.. cause he does drop to 5/3/3/3

  9. Took a nap!!! My weekends over.... Today starts a six day work week... **** my life. Eating a pwo bowl of shredded wheat lol suppin up for a chest day!

    Supersets, speed pulls, resistant training, added chains... All kinds of **** I didn't know haha
