    Looking great man chest looks like 2 big roasts sitting on top of your rib cage. Definitely leaner I would say you have recomped quite a bit on this one. Great strength on the chest workout!

    Yeah, when are the weigh ins for the contest are they the night before or same day. If the night before, you could easily drop 15 lbs fill back up then break some records in the 242 bracket. Heck if the morning of you could still do it. Water tricks are amazing.

    I'm gonna get in WABDL and see what records are in the weight brackets and base off that. I believe we get our fees and classes in at beginning of Feb

    I'm sure you've probably mentioned it already, but what's your pct look like for this?

    So total newb question : is pct length dependent on cycle length?

    I.e. a 12 week cycle would require a longer pct than an 8 week?
