Prisoners can eat a ton of food cause you get commissary. They have all kinds of stuff even protein bars. Plus if that dude's crap that he eats fits his macros gains are going to happen especially if he kills it in the gym. Most people would say that what I eat sucks, but it fits into my daily needs and gains happen.A good buddy of mine just got out of Prison for 4 years and he is yoked as fuark now. Commissary. A lot of people have a ton of success with IIFYM, I think they probably don't get as many micronutrients, but IMO the most important thing about your diet is consistency with your macros. No matter how you fill them, as long as you are getting close and not eating too much, or too much of one thing (carbs, fat) you will be fine no matter what. You ever seen Pete Rubish? That dude practically eats garbage lol, but makes hella gains.
