    Airborne. I figure I'd let you know now so it doesn't come as a surprise but today I did flat bench. I did 4 sets and worked up to 185 for 6 reps with 2 sec in the hole. So, yeah you should probably watch out....

    Nice work. It's probably bc YOU DID take a workout off! They could recover 100%, regardless of what you're on. Squatting 500+lbs tax "hella" hard compared to 300lbs cuz!
