Last night after leg day my hunger was so bad I felt sick... This hasn't left and I have been eating constantly. It's more tolerable now but still can't stop eating. Waiting on breakfast to be done but eating multiple bowls of cereal before.

****s gettin ridiculous! Can't wait to pin tonight. Chest day, then I think Ima skip back and bi day to give that more recovery. Not sure. The Olympic lifters at my gym said deadlifts are the most taxing lifts that your body doesn't fully recover from them for up to weeks or atleast your CNS. Any ideas?
