Lift the fŁcking weight from the floor, or leave it on the ground. The thoughts are supposed to be daunting. The pain is meant to be tormenting.

  15. Bombed it today! Great energy and focus! Prodigy did great! Yet when I got it was clumped up. No preserve pillow lol but mixed fine.... The flavor tbh was not what I was fond of....BUT maybe that had to do with no preserve pouch. Great product... Will do a review for it when all gone!

My form is a lil jacked... I tend to lean forward slightly which makes me use more of my back... I'm learning to lean back, keep tight and drive from heels.

Dude that's the HARDEST thing for me to get down on my FL form. Except I cant get the effing round out of my back so I can't lean back and drive. I have to over compensate do much I feel like I'm gonna fall backwards. Even with light weights I do it.

  27. DL is a tough lift to find the groove on. Big thing is not letting the shoulders get out in front of the bar. I'm sure the big guy will get your form dialed in.

If you round your back get a belt to help support and keep things straight
