Hey so im trying to cut at the moment and am looking for some feedback, here is my program at the moment, have been doing it for about two weeks so far and lost 4 pounds.

Monday
AM. 10 mins Skipping
Pm. Bench 5/3/1 plus 5x10
EZ bar curl 5/3/1 plus 5x 10
Close Grip Bench 3x8
Db flyes 3x8
Dips 3x10
10 mins ab work
15mins skipping
Tuesday
Am. 10mins Skipping
Pm. Deadlift 5/3/1 plus 5x10
Bent over rows 3x8
Pull ups 3x12
Reverse flys 3x8
Shrugs 3x15
Calve Raises 3x15
10 mins ab work
15 mins skipping
Wensday
Pm. Hill sprints- 10 mins jogging for warm up then 8x300m sprints up hill then 10 min cool down
Thursday
Am 10 mins skipping
Pm. Military Press 5/3/1 plus 5x10
EZ bar curls 5/3/1 plus 5x10
Incline bench 3x8
Frontal raise 3x8
Lateral raise 3x8

Diet
7.30 am 4eggs scrambled plus wholemeal bagel
12am chicken thigh lettuce tomato plus brown bread
4pm chicken thigh broccoli carrots plus baked potato
8.30pm protein shake
9pm tuna plus broccoli

Im 22, am 6ft 5 and 96kg at the moment at about 14% bodyfat im guessing. Have been weight lifting about 5 years. Am definitely an ectomorph but was able to put on some mass the last 2 years especially since I started 5/3/1. Am a student so don't have much money to spend on food or supplementation but any diet tips would appreciated.
