Ate a bag of Hot 'N Spicy pork rinds today, my stomach is a bloated, gassy mess. 35gr of fat & 50gr protein but 0 carbs & they were soooo good though. What pork rinds aren't a good source of protein? Awww :-(

I've been friggen starving today, hope this subsides a bit. I've already eaten my food allotment for the day!

I also had a shot of "juice" today (maybe 4oz). People at work "juice" it's kelp, celery, green apple, cucumber, lemon and some other greens. I friggen loved it! These people complain about the taste but I thought it was damn good. Don't worry guys, only trace carbs ;-) gave me bad gas though, yuck

Bro, they're wrecked today too. I change angles, toes in/out and keep tension on them while doing them this way. Then blast some with my feet straight to end each set, nothing out of control but move faster and holding the contraction. Rep range isn't super high 10-15 usually.

I need to bring these guys up

Snap'd this on my way home from the gym, some decent vascularity. As you all know I haven't had carbs in a week and didn't train today. Pretty cool

Forgetting to update here, crap. Training sessions had been solid & I now have a baseline for bodyfat! I'll take some pictures and measurements tomorrow morning.

Going to enjoy some carbs this evening, I have some low-fat home made lasagna to indulge in!

Man I hate em, give me such a bad forearm pump I can't finish my sets. I have big hands for my size but my palms are gigantic and I have sausage link fingers so as you can imagine, makes it difficult to grip things normal.

I'm new to the experience so I can't quite say "I'm a fan" of fat bars, but I just used some fatgripz for DB presses and man was it great! Felt so much easier than using those puny, straw-thick handles the DBs normally have (big palms, small/normal fingers btw).
