    Great workout tonight!

    Incline Smith Bench
    225x8
    205x10
    185x12

    Lat Pull Down
    3x170x12

    Hammer flat ISo bench
    180x12
    200x12

    Hammer underhand grip pull down
    200x10
    200x9

    Decline hammer
    200x15
    200x13

    Cable V-Bar Row
    150x15
    150x14

    Standing overhead press
    115x8
    115x8
    95x12

    DB laterals DC Style
    25:13x7x4

Huge pump, felt strong. Still holding back a little but my joints are feeling good. Excited to start lifting heavy next week.

Changed diet a little, no more shakes. 15gr BCAA post workout and I'll eat about 1 hr post. I'll go to an intra shake next week so this is temporary.

Had 8oz sirloin cooked in 2TBS olive Oil and 4 cups of broccoli. Wow, it was delicious. Hunger is subsiding, it's still pretty bad in the morning but after I start eating I'm feeling pretty good. I also added more greens today so that may be it, 4 cups spinach with meal 1.

Pretty stoked bc I sit between 179-186 right now. So far recomp is going well. I figure I'll weigh in Saturday morning before my depletion workout. I'm also going to try out SPP Glycomex post workout, 1 scoop. If it goes well I may try that intra next week.

Thanks man, can't wait til I start really trying to add size! I put a lot of size on them last year with DC, I was using a little higher rep range prior. When I stuck with 11-15 and full stretches at the bottom and good negatives, they really seemed to grow. Weight used was down but hell 18", who gives a sh!t If you're curling 30's or 60's!?!?!?

Yeah, I am a true believer in form over time will make you grow. Not too many people in the gym practice their form, well at least not where I lift, but the ones that do seem to be the ones who grow the fastest. I gotta go read up on the rep ranges for diff exercises when I get home from DC, I am starting light like you had told me to, but in a few weeks I wanna make sure I am hitting the right reccommended rep ranges on everything.

You'll get it, even a crafty vet like myself will start light, even now. Make sure I get at least 1 rep from the top of my rep range. Then it's on like donkey kong

Bought some macadamia nuts too, they're pretty good. High fat 21gr and 1 net carb, perfect! I feel like I'm not getting enough fat. It's hard to do in this 8hr window

Made breakfast a little different today to add more fat.

    6 whole eggs
    3 cups spinach
    1/2cup cheese
    -cooked in almond oil
    1/4 cup raw almonds

I'll probably stick with this, more fiber ~8gr and 4 net carbs.

Moms all set and I took the entire day off work so I'll probably go train in about an hour or so, legs feel good today.

    Tough leg workout....

I did 6 sets for calfs, hams and quads.

My lower back in hurting me a little bit, wonder of this has correlation with my hip tightness for squats. Crap

    Dinner tonight was pretty awesome.

6oz chicken marinated in Evoo, lightly dipped in ranch seasoning
    -then cooked in EVOO
    1/2 bag of broccoli
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Then topped with about 1tbs of ranch dressing, drizzled on top

Wow, it was amazing and only ~3 net carbs! A lot of fat, which I feel I was lacking and still a good amount of protein.

I'm surprised I'm handling it so well. I have an awful time with milk. Maybe I'm not and I'm just used to the slight bloat from a keto.

Maybe one week I'll cut lactose completely and see how I look.

Get some lifting shoes bro, fixes that.
If you have cash, get these bad boys:
    http://www.roguefitness.com/adipower...fting-shoe.php

If you don't want to fork out $200, you can get a pair of Rogues for cheap.
Everyone who is serious about lifting should have a pair imo, if they want stable footing.

Have you ever tried shoes with a heel wedge for squatting? I definitely recommend them. It feels so much more stable that way, and also prevents heel lift as well as lateral movements. Basically it will improve anyone's squat.

Anyhow, checking into your log - I'll be starting something similar myself (but not logging), so I'll be around checking out progress. I had surgery this year which prevented me from training hard, and need to drop some weight now!

    Have a dilemma.

I'm going to work 2maro (double time pay) 7am-3pm. It's supposed to be a carb up with a depletion workout be4 my carb up (break fast at 11am)

Should I just try and push my fast to after work and do my depletion workou after than carb up until bed? Or just say **** it and do it Sunday and eat 2maro per norm, high fat/pro?

Well, I think I've decided I'm just going to push the fast.

It's gonna be tough, but I'm going to be ubber busy and if I work through my lunch, there's a good chance I can leave early. It also almost assures my SPP Glycomx will be here for my first carb meal.

Then it'll be a night full of buckwheat pancakes, sweet potato's, pasta & cap'd off with pizza!!!!!!

It was rough but I had the gym all to myself so I could do exactly what I wanted for the depletion.

Still filling my muscle bellies with carbs, I passed out early last night with only about 150gr of carbs. Took a slintensity this morning and am finishing up.

Yeah, took a scoop post workout with my Creatine and Glutamine. It's got an earthy taste, mixes fine. Zero bloat even with too much water. Kept my pump going long enough to get home and cook my food. I'm trying it Monday with my slintensity for my intra workout shake
