So I have spent a lot of time and decided I am going to go for the gusto. I am going to attempt to get to steve reeves ratios.
Here they are.
Arm size = 252% of wrist size
Calf size = 192% of ankle size
Neck Size = 79% of head size
Chest Size = 148% of pelvis size
Waist size = 86% of pelvis size
Thigh size = 175% of knee size

I realize this is going to take years but I have time on my hands and a lot of patience.
I am currently on a cut at the moment so I will be working on the waist size to begin with.

I will post workouts as they occur.
Within the next couple of weeks I am going to get measurements taken to see where I stand.

Great workout felt the pump in my quads and hammies during the leg press. My calves were exploding during the donkey calf raises.

I was having a bit of troubles with the 5 stairs at the gym so I am going to chalk today up as a win.

Pull day:
Romanian deadlifts: 135x10, 225x10, 275x10, 315x8
Bentover rows: 135x10, 225x10, 225x8, 275x3
Reverse flyes on a machine: 130x10, 155x10, 175x6 (weights incredibly inaccurate)
Cable rows: 110x10, 130x10, 150x10, 170x8
Wide grip pulldowns: 150x10, 160x10, 175x10, 190x8
Croc rows: 70x20, 80x20, 90x20
Cable curl 21's: 175, 185 (again weights really inaccurate probably around 80-90lbs)

The workout felt good got a great pump, a bit rushed after the rows because the gym was closing. I had a bit of an issue with the croc rows on the last set my grip was failing a bit and had to reposition my hand twice. I would have liked to get shrugs in but had to cut the workout short.
