    I'm trying to go high volume and carry it into heaver weight.

    Nothing special right now.
    Protien, no booster , fish oil and caffeine. That's everything. Trying to experiment different routine.

    So far generic 200mg caffeine pill got me going animal.

    Will slowly add more as I progress
