7:40a.m. - 9:00a.m. after missing a couple of days at the gym due to the holiday weekend, and breaking my diet... I did a mutli body routine this morning. I started with chest and did 8 sets of 25 reps with a variance from 88-135 pounds then I moved on to abs where I did a total of 200 ab contractions with a weight varying from 100-130 pounds. I then did 50 cable pull downs for my back muscles at 100pounds, I did butter fly cables for back/chest 150 at 100 pounds, and I did free weight shoulder shrugs 200 at 55 pounds.
