need new routine

Was training for around 2 year on and off had 4 month out of the gym now and really want to start again, ive never been able to add good size just get more and more toned , so im looking for a good routine for size, plus anyother advise pre and post workout meals , good weight gainers , also ive hardley trained my legs so a little extra work in the workout would be a helppp
