Wow so I weighed myself this morning and I am down 7 lbs since those pictures were taken. Granted I was relatively full of glycogen then and right now I am depleted as all get out. I went from 211 on Saturday down to 203 this morning. Today is my scheduled 300 grams of carbs day so I should fill up again nicely, rather than work food around my pics I will do my pics around my scheduled carb day. I am thinking hitting 300 grams of carbs today, I should be looking pretty sharp on Saturday. Sunday will be the next carb up I think so pics will either be from Sat or Sunday this week. I fully expect to look mad sick in the next two weeks with how I have this set up. I have definitely lost more fat. My abs look pretty damn awesome this morning.
Workout - Dumbell Giant Set Circuit - no rest between exercises, 20 reps per exercise, 3 rotations
Dead lifts 47.5x20
Flat Bench 47.5x20
Bent Over Rows (elbows out) 47.5x20
Romanian Dead lifts 47.5x20
Arnold Press 25x20
Squat Lunges 25x20
Drag Curls (elbows back) 25x20
Repeated rotation 2 more times.
Finished in less than 30 minutes, was very hard, I felt a little weak when I started, the low carbs for 4 days finally got to me. However, I was able to push through it and after I was into it I just did the damn thing. I ended up taking a few 10-15 second breaks 2 of them were in between the Bent Over Rows and Romanians. That is just a ton of stuff taxing the lower back, and it was getting tight. I had to shake it out for a second. Gasp a few more times and get back to it. Even with my Versa-Grips holding on to the 47.5 lbs dumbbells for up to 5 minutes at a time gets my grip and my forearms blasted.
