NEED DELOAD WORKOUT

  1. NEED DELOAD WORKOUT


    Can somebody give me a Deload workout with the weights I should be using?? Anything is appreciated
    Maxes:
    Bench: 175
    Squat: 200
    Deadlift: 270
    shoulder press 120


  2. We need to know what your actual workouts look like.
    Starting Weight: 155lbs. Current Weight: 170lbs. Target Weight 185lbs.
    Beginning SL 5x5.
