Shoulders workout advise... Help
Hi every1...
Iam been asking a lot about Shoulder Workout 'cause my it's ok but as I know we looking that round shoulder.. Any advise workout to get there

Be sure to hit each head. Front, side, rear. Honestly no shoulder exercise hits one specifically, just be sure not to neglect any head. Personally im a huge fan of a heavy shoulder press for 4 sets, move to heavy lateral raises for around 8 reps, then on to front raises for 8 each shoulder. it works well for me. Sometimes you just need a good muscle shock. You can do that by super heavy weight followed by light weight with high reps...ect. Just different intensity tech work really well.
