As anyone had any luck with these workouts? I have just started looking at them and they don't seem to do enough exorcises or reps for what I am use too! I am a six exorcise three to four sets per body part kinda guy! If anyone has tried them please let me know I need input. I am looking at the t/tn and the light/heavy workouts
