    - great workout today, but i guess that's been a regular comment for me lately!
    - pump in the chest was pretty good today
    - glutes and hamstrings are sore as hell today...Looked at my numbers on the stepups and realized i made huge error on how much of a jump i should have done
    - diet remains in check but i start a new job tomorrow so i might be having to make some adjustments for the next little while

  11. LOL!!! Didn't train yesterday, as i was feeling really ran down. Got a solid nights sleep in last night and a ton of calories yesterday, so i'm feeling good. I train later today in a empty gym as it's closed for the holidays. Vids up later today!

    - a touch disappointed on the front squats but up 10lbs and a rep is still pretty good...Would like to single 400 over the winter this year.
    - shoulders and triceps are toast today....which made front squatting that much more challenging. Going to make sure there's a day in between next time so that my arms and shoulders are a little fresher.
    - quads and hams are improving by leaps and bounds now that i can dedicate real time to them...meaning no football.

Yeah... if my wife keeps coming to the gym with me, she has a much smarter "smart-phone" than mine with better camera & video capabilities, so I might have to get her to take a vid of me doing a super-set of something, my weights aren't as impressive as Jason's (by choice) but I can rep with the best of them (nothing against heavy lifting, just with my past injuries and how far I've taken my body with lighter weight and higher reps, it is what works best for me)!
