    Bro I never thought you were exaggerating, believe me, I had seen Vids of Jordan & some of his lifts back when he was more of an avid member and I know you guys used to lift together and would always express your lifts as nothing short of impressive, not to mention you are a total beast in your Avatar.     NOTES:
    - great workout with more great video footage (Will be up in a few minutes...)
    - strength continues to get better and better
    - weight is slowly beginning to climb as well...232 after the morning crunch!

    Holy crap so that is what that is called a reverse hack squat. I have that same maching and that is all I use for my squats. Lol I never new what to call it other than machine squats.

    Yeah, I mean different people call different machines different things, personally that is not what I consider to be a true Hack-Squat machine, more of a squat machine, so I would have called it reverse facing squat machine or something of that nature, but lets not take away from the fact that he was lifting a ton of weight for quite a number or reps and quite easily if I might add, Good job Punthra!
