    That's why I use an old "flip" most of the time. They have a wide base and I just sit it on anything near by with a decent angle... Don't ALWAYS work cause I tried to tape my rows the other day and had the angle off so all I got was a vid of my ass sitting on the bench...lol... I would get a new high deff one but they made them thinner so they don't stand up as well. Anyway.... Keep kicking ass in the gym and get more of it on tape. Good work man.

    Bro I never thought you were exaggerating, believe me, I had seen Vids of Jordan & some of his lifts back when he was more of an avid member and I know you guys used to lift together and would always express your lifts as nothing short of impressive, not to mention you are a total beast in your Avatar.     Holy crap so that is what that is called a reverse hack squat. I have that same maching and that is all I use for my squats. Lol I never new what to call it other than machine squats.

    Yeah, I mean different people call different machines different things, personally that is not what I consider to be a true Hack-Squat machine, more of a squat machine, so I would have called it reverse facing squat machine or something of that nature, but lets not take away from the fact that he was lifting a ton of weight for quite a number or reps and quite easily if I might add, Good job Punthra!

    105x5 (Legs were wobbling way to much so i had to stop.)

    NOTES:
    - all my numbers are still continuing to go up!
    - stepups were incredibly tough today for some reason, had me huffing and puffing like no other...

    When I want to train heavier but know I shouldn't I have to tell myself "train don't strain". It's something I wish I learned a long tome ago lol

    Well, I switched the order of a few things today but overall it was a bad ass workout....

    CHEST / BICEPS

    Incline Hammer Strength Presses
    200x8
    270x8
    340x8
    410x4 (Fell short on reps but i got a great negative on the last rep)

    Flat Dumbbell Presses
    80x10
    100x8
    120x6 w/ drop 60x12 (Not bad...Dropset reps were done explosively to burn out my chest)

    Decline Barbell Presses
    135x10
    215x10
    265x8
    315x5 (Pressing power was done...)

    Barbell Curls
    100x5
    120x5
    140x5
    110x12 (Short 2 reps due to the pump being to intense)

    Rope Hammer Curls
    125x10
    140x8
    155x6
    110x15

    Incline Cable Curls
    60x10
    80x10
    100x8
    50x20

    NOTES:
    - great workout today, but i guess that's been a regular comment for me lately!
    - pump in the chest was pretty good today
    - glutes and hamstrings are sore as hell today...Looked at my numbers on the stepups and realized i made huge error on how much of a jump i should have done
    - diet remains in check but i start a new job tomorrow so i might be having to make some adjustments for the next little while
