    You'll get there my friend! Do you squat to parallel or ATG (Ass To Grass) and what stance do you use, wide or narrow?

  12. All of those. Atg helps build up strength, for competition squats. I use all types of stances.

  14. Yeah, comp ill probably go wider I think. I'm doing my first comp raw but might eventually try gear too.

  16. I like wide stance but I think it is only effective when wearing a suit.

  17. I got some old PLer helping me out, his advice to me on that was squat as wide as you can but you wont you're gonna destroy yourself quickly without using gear and using that stance.

    little wider than shoulder stance is what he told me. like a medium stance i guess if you compare the two

  23. i use a pretty traditional close stance, for box sqs i do the medium stance tho
