Switching from DC

Anyone have any trouble switching from DC to a more traditional high volume type workout? I used to be able to kill 20 working sets for chest/back now after about 3 DC blasts I get exhausted around 9-12 sets.

20 sets per chest and back not 10 and 10* just to clarify
