Hello All,
I am new to Anabolic minds as well as trying to implement an HST workout program.
I am a 33 yr male (5/11 - 173 - 13%). I have played sports and weight trained since highschool. My goal has always been to have peak athletic performance.

I have shifted my emphasis to simply adding mass and came across HST.
I have put together both a nutrition strategy and workout template.
I have tried to set them up in a very easy to follow and concise manner and would appreciate any feedback.
