^Calves are a weak spot of mine and I've been doing this 2-3x a week to bring them up.

I'm leaving in 5 days

I'm Mormon, and I'm 19, so I will be going on a 2 year mission to serve my church in 5 days. I'm going to Cochabamba, Bolivia and will be speaking Spanish with some Ketchwua. I'm super excited!

I won't be able to lift on my mission. No gym. BUT I get 30 min every morning for physical activity, so I will be doing bodyweight exercises and anything I can think of using what I'll have in my apartment.

Pushups, Incline Pushups, Sissy Squats(between a doorway), Ab exercises, Calf Raises, Shoulder Raises with a book or something. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am going to try my best to keep what I have, but I'm planning on losing 20 pounds over the 2 year period.
