    I went up by 10lbs on the deads today, didn't want to hunt around for the 2.5lbers in the gym.
    I've done rack pulls into the 300s , but feel good hitting my wt in deads, my hamstrings have always been my weak point.

    deadlift 185 x 5
    ab machine 90 x 10, 100 x 10, 110 x 10
    chin-ups 3,2,2

    I didn't think I'd be able to do 110lb presses but I did, phew!
    My chin ups still suck

    I started to arch too much on last 2 sets of overhead presses. I'll go back down 10% next time.

    Could only do 220 x 3, then dropped to 205. I did 2 sets of 155 x 5 then dropped down to 140.

    ab machine 80 x 10, 90 x 10 , 100 x 10

    Some knee discomfort from weds...I'm quite sore all over still which is odd...
