PVC Bench w/50lbs on each side: 2 warm up sets, 4 working sets @ 25 reps, 30 reps, and PR at 35 reps.
Side DB Ext: 4 x 10-12, @35lbs, 40, 50, 60.
T-Bar rows: 4 x 8, @ 45lbs+doubled over red band.
Blue band tricep push-down: 3 x failure, (27reps, 26, 23)
