Training arms have always been my favorite, I'm always changing, mixing, shocking the arms, doing everything possible to make sure I hit every muscle fiber and getting my arms filled with as much blood as possible. Came across a product that at first thought sounded like a gimmick untilled I tried them out.
Grip4orce is the name and when I trained my arms with these I only had to do half the sets. My arms were so tight and pumped up like never before. 3x12 hammer curls , 2x8 straight bar, and then 2x15 incline curls. Also starting to develop stronger hands, which is really helping out my deadlift and pullups.
