okay so I've posted like 1 or 2 other workouts on here that focused alot on volume with little gains... So I'm going to go back to my power training ways instead of focusing on bulk. I'm now a 100% believer in big weight making big gains. Wish me luck, maybe even try this on your own. I can't wait to head to the gym today and record my efforts. Constructive critism would be appreciated.
Day 1
Bench 5x5
Squats 5x5
Rows 5x5
Preacher Curls 3x6-8
Day 2
Incline Bench 5x5
Deadlifts 5x5

Barbell Shrugs 3x6-8
Day 3
Incline DB Bench 5x5
Squats 5x5
Rows 5x5

After 5 weeks switch to 5x3 for 3 weeks to concentrate on strength. After this strength cycle take a week off and go back to the 5x5 when a little stronger.
