stomach bloat is down today. i just dont feel like im making progress anymore, idk why. i might start doing more cardio. i think i might be at that stage bodyfat wise like inbetween 12% and 16% where you cant really tell the difference. not sure. todays an off day from lifting, so ill just be doing cardio here in a few hours.
edit: just got back from cardio. 25min low int on the bike
weight was 231.25-----16.25 more lbs to go, and ill be at my goal. goin for the gold baby
