This is my first real log. I will begin on monday.
I'll be using Arnold's workout he made public. This is actually the 2nd time i used this workout. I had great results as my body held up to the demand put on it.
Goals: Make 300 lbs, break a 450 bench, get my squat past 600 again
This is my first cycle back from surgery and after weeks of rehab and building back up. This will be the first time I will go heavy again.
