First day back to the gym..
After the 2 weeks of dirty bulking and no gym, I was out of shape. I threw up today for the first time in 3 years..I was amazed from that.
Caused me to not complete my entire work out.
Managed to get some HIIT in (cause of sickness)
- Jogged 1/2 mile.. sprinted for 2/8's
- Flat bench press 5 Sets of 12 Reps - 135LB
- Decline bench press 4 Sets of 12 Reps - 135LB
Definitely not proud of this!
