I think I'm gonna start hittin' chest twice a week starting the 16th. Mondays and Thursdays.
I havn't been feelin' that great the past couple days, alot of people around here are starting to come down with stuff as its gettin' colder. I didn't work back this week, feel kind of guilty but oh well....
Just gotta keep eatin' big and takin' the supps and the gains will come.
