3 SETS REVERSE GRIP HAMMER STRENGTH PULL DOWNS

3 SETS DB ROWS 150X8 150X8 150X8

3 SETS BARBELL BENT ROWS 225X12 245X12 265X12

3 SETS SEATED CABLE ROWS 220X12 230X12 250X12

I took 5gm bcaa, animal pump, pre workout, and 1svg pre load creatine, by ON, and 50gm whey post w/5gm bcaa

last night was weak!
but i was studying for finals all day and wasnt eatin right and didnt sleep much the night before so my big swoll session wasnt very big or swoll
just did 2x standing d-bell press and 2x front/side/front down raises for warm up
then just did 3x of tripple set of standing Military to Front Raise to Side raise
cant wait til friday when all this is over

quads today. However, I didnt have enough calories prior to the workout. I did 3 sets leg extensions to warm up. the first two sets were single leg, and last both for 16 reps.
front squats 135x12
185x12, back squats 225x12, 315x12, 315x12. I went slow, and work on really feeling each rep. It was taxing. Leg press light 4 total plates 20 reps, 6 plates 12 reps, 8 plates 20 reps. leg ext. 140x12, 165x12, 180x20.
