Went quite heavy on the deadlifts but the weight felt really light, I’m sure I could have jacked the weight up another 20kg. I’ll defiantly be breaking a PR if this keeps up.
Focus: Was pretty good, apart from the distraction of having to do my sets of deadlifts when someone else was taking his break between sets from benching. There is just no room in that stupid little gym, but there isn’t anywhere else to go so I’ll have to make do! I did go in the early evening when its busy (6 guys) get the place to myself in the mornings
Strength: Excellent today, I wish I’d increased the amount I was lifting!
Sleep: Good night sleep the night before, 7 hours or so. Woke up a bit groggy.
Appetite: Not too bad, starts to rise as the day goes on! ate plenty.
Libido - starting to climb
Today (Wednesday) I made a day off. I was suppose to do some cardio but I just couldn’t get into going and doing it! So I ate most of the day, every 2 hours
