    I understand having no desire to train; bit like that now, when it's the most important time to be doing things right. Except with me the gym is the ONLY training I want to be doing.

    Maybe a week or so off is a good idea, lady. That way you can have time out and refresh your head.

  2. Today was back day and it was horrible. Even Natalie said a week off might be best for me. I was weak from the start and struggled the entire workout, begging for the weight to be lowered and really sick through it. I'm starting to fear that maybe something is wrong with me.

    We started with bent over high cable rows to the chest for 15 reps.

    Then we did low cable rows in a squat position for 15 reps all sets were 4 sets.

    Then we did the machine rows for 10 reps supersetted with 35lb dumbell single arm bent over rows for 10 reps an arm and 4 sets.

    Then we did 10 under the rack pull ups for 4 sets.

    Then we did pull troughs for lower back at 15 reps and 4 sets.

    I can't remember the rest. I was having the room spin, naseau and spotty lights when I stood up. I came home and layed down for an hour before I started to feel better.

    But my muscles feel like jello and I'm exhausted and frustrated.

  3. i've been doing evening weighted biking we've got a trailer for my bike, and evenings i've been taking dave out for a 20 min or so moderate speed ride

  5. yeah, he falls asleep most every time. we did it a few times with both him and ronnie in the trailer and went for ice cream. sucks since i didn't get any

  7. only on cheat/carbup days. i'm back to a keto diet for now as i found some good studies on how anavar burns visceral fat and amplifies ketogenic activity in the liver

  8. I think I just lean up better with some carbs. I added them back in and dropped from 129lb to 126lb. Now I'm still really low on carbs and I'm having salad instead of a sweet potato when we go out. But I just look and feel better on some lower carbs.

  9. for me the only thing I miss on ultra low carbs is the occasional pineapple, and pbj sandwiches. outside of that, i'm good with no carbs other than from green veggies.

    between me and the kids we can easily eat a whole pineapple in one sitting

    That is definitely believable! I can eat a few lbs of Watermelon in one sitting, just by myself.

    Off to breakfast

    After breakfast we take a nap in the car. We drove to Caladesi Island a park off Honey Moon Island. We had to take a ferri. It was the first time on a boat for Roni... and David too.
    Wait... David just loved these rocking chairs from Cracker Barrel... but all kids love these things...

    Dave on the Ferri, he was so excited to see the water

    David was a natural Florida boy. This was the first time he saw the beach and explored the sand... and the last time he sat down... After this there are no more pictures of David at the beach. Because he tried over and over to drown himself by running into the ocean, diving headfirst and swallowing as much ocean water as he could... And he never cried... he enjoyed it. Any ways there are a few cute pictures but it didnt' last long. after this I started running after him.




    This was probably the second most fun thing the village idiot got to enjoy.

    I think this is the 5th picture of all the kids together.

    too bad this was fuzzy, it was a funny picture...

    fyi caladesi island is a state park, was the first state park to ever get voted #1 family destination twice nationally. pretty cool, nice and peaceful since its $10 a person for the ferry. so most people dont bother

    LOL it still makes me laugh! The sand must not have bothered him too much

    Is Caladesi Island just a beach? My kids are dying to come to Florida, although its of course all the amusement parks they want to hit. Maybe someday!

  18. yeah, its just a beach there basically. its surrounded by mangroves, they rent kayaks, and theres a tiny cafe too.. honeymoon island which is what its off has a little more facilities, and its linked by bridge to Dunedin, which is on the gulf, around 40 min from tampa + bush gardens.

    we went to aquatica, the seaworld water park in orlando last weekend, funny it really wasn't as fun as the beach

  19. Arm day and abs

    We started right out on a triple set. We did tricep pushdowns for 10 reps with 10 bench dips and 10 pikes for 4 sets.

    Then we did 15 overhead tricep extensions with 15 tricep pushups and 15 crunches for 4 sets.

    Then we did a harder version with a cardio aspect. 1 rep consisted of a lying dumbell skullcrusher brought down to the chest and we rolled up and into a stand a did a standing tricep kickback. We did 10 of these for 4 sets.

    Then we did 15 seated hammer curls for 4 sets.

    Then we did a balance version this was harder and required perfect form and no swinging the dumbells or you threw yourself off balance.

    It was done seated on the end of a bench with feet out in front of you off the floor with feet up you curled the dumbells and then lowered them and did a v up for abs, feet never touching the floor through 10 reps and 4 sets.

    We did several more bicep things and called it a day.

    Well I'm back. I had a back day at the gym today.

    I had a rough 3 days. Apparently I have a jealous neighbor that does not like us living in the neighborhood. There are a few fat drunk people around that decided that the RPN shipping that we occasionally do from the house was a steroid ring..sigh..so they called CPS on my kids . So I've been dealing with that and questioning myself on what I want to look like. And whether its worth it to me. I decided not to let others ignorance beat me..

    Do it for you and no one else, Christine. After all, when all is said and done you've got to be happy with how you look. What others think of you should have little influence (and usually they're just want what you have and make excuses as to why you look like that and they don't).

  28. Yeah I know how important my health and the lessons the kids learn from it are. However when it puts them at risk... Not to mention the fear they go through at the hands of the CPS coming with intent to disupt their lives.

  30. Well I know me, I know what I can look like in the fitness world. I won't be happy with anything less. Its just frustrating.
