ok, heres a day in dave's life, courtesy of Loren
Thats Dave waking up in his mommy's bed!!! Yup it's my secret
David likes to play while mumsy wakes up
see trying to wake up
Some people like to read at night.. But Dave doesn't like to limit his options
oh yes more than one
Off to breakfast
After breakfast we take a nap in the car. We drove to Caladesi Island a park off Honey Moon Island. We had to take a ferri. It was the first time on a boat for Roni... and David too.
Wait... David just loved these rocking chairs from Cracker Barrel... but all kids love these things...
Nap for number 3
Nap for number 2
Roni was scared of the boat ride
Sylvia took a picture of Roni with her Mom and Dad
Dave on the Ferri, he was so excited to see the water
David was a natural Florida boy. This was the first time he saw the beach and explored the sand... and the last time he sat down... After this there are no more pictures of David at the beach. Because he tried over and over to drown himself by running into the ocean, diving headfirst and swallowing as much ocean water as he could... And he never cried... he enjoyed it. Any ways there are a few cute pictures but it didnt' last long. after this I started running after him.
This was probably the second most fun thing the village idiot got to enjoy.
I think this is the 5th picture of all the kids together.
too bad this was fuzzy, it was a funny picture...
David has 6 teeth... still
Bath time for David
a little playtime.... In the basket, out the basket.
wait, tackle mumsy
Play time with Daddy while mommy showers... no pictures, 2 head injuries and a crying baby.. YAY DADy :yay:
1 bottle of milk with Rice
1 sleepy time baby...

I love that! I knew I could count on you guys! The kids are adorable. Although I'm still laughing about the beach story!
He is growing so fast. I remember when he was born

it was nasty to watch him just shoveling sand and shells into his mouth
fyi caladesi island is a state park, was the first state park to ever get voted #1 family destination twice nationally. pretty cool, nice and peaceful since its $10 a person for the ferry. so most people dont bother

yeah, its just a beach there basically. its surrounded by mangroves, they rent kayaks, and theres a tiny cafe too.. honeymoon island which is what its off has a little more facilities, and its linked by bridge to Dunedin, which is on the gulf, around 40 min from tampa + bush gardens.
we went to aquatica, the seaworld water park in orlando last weekend, funny it really wasn't as fun as the beach

Arm day and abs
We started right out on a triple set. We did tricep pushdowns for 10 reps with 10 bench dips and 10 pikes for 4 sets.
Then we did 15 overhead tricep extensions with 15 tricep pushups and 15 crunches for 4 sets.
Then we did a harder version with a cardio aspect. 1 rep consisted of a lying dumbell skullcrusher brought down to the chest and we rolled up and into a stand a did a standing tricep kickback. We did 10 of these for 4 sets.
Then we did 15 seated hammer curls for 4 sets.
Then we did a balance version this was harder and required perfect form and no swinging the dumbells or you threw yourself off balance.
It was done seated on the end of a bench with feet out in front of you off the floor with feet up you curled the dumbells and then lowered them and did a v up for abs, feet never touching the floor through 10 reps and 4 sets.
We did several more bicep things and called it a day.

Well I'm back. I had a back day at the gym today.
I had a rough 3 days. Apparently I have a jealous neighbor that does not like us living in the neighborhood. There are a few fat drunk people around that decided that the RPN shipping that we occasionally do from the house was a steroid ring..sigh..so they called CPS on my kids . So I've been dealing with that and questioning myself on what I want to look like. And whether its worth it to me. I decided not to let others ignorance beat me..

Well we got the Krilliped in today so I had to miss the gym to get it ready. We may train over the weekend?
06-26-2009, 05:56 PM
Krillipid shots all around ?
C remember how important your health is to you, and just focus on your commitment to it. Keep up the progress
06-26-2009, 09:15 PM
Yeah I know how important my health and the lessons the kids learn from it are. However when it puts them at risk... Not to mention the fear they go through at the hands of the CPS coming with intent to disupt their lives.

Well I know me, I know what I can look like in the fitness world. I won't be happy with anything less. Its just frustrating.

you think maybe I can order some "product" sometime?
ps - dont forget the needles.
I will come back on the next page when it doesn't take my comp an hour to load this thread with all the pics on this page, haha.
06-27-2009, 11:56 AM

In that case,

Well I decided that I can't live with me any other way!
Started with barbell squats for 10 reps supersetted with 15 leg extensions for 4 sets.
Then I did 10 per leg of stationary barbell squats supersetted with 15 curls.
Then I did 3 sets of 30 bench step ups.
Then I did 3 sets standing on a platform and doing side squats on the step down with one leg on the platform at 10 per side.
Then I did 4 sets of 20 on calves.
We did a few other things and all in all it was a good session.
06-29-2009, 09:23 PM
a lot of the time its about just that - deciding what you really need. And sometimes it takes not having it for a bit to realize it
06-29-2009, 09:33 PM
My kids were with me as well at a festival this weekend and were saying people were talking and staring at me muscle wise. I told them to ignore it, who cares. Just be who you want to be in life. Now if the neighbors continue to cause problems then I'll see what happens. Losing your kids is never an option. However losing them over being in the industry, well thats just crazy!
I actually only missed 3 days last week. It was just to crazy here to update.
06-29-2009, 09:35 PM
06-29-2009, 09:59 PM
Well the good thing is you won't loose your kids over your supp business. Let the neighbors think what they may.....screw em. You take very good care of your children and spend quality time with them.
06-30-2009, 10:51 AM
You are a sexy, disciplined woman and have gotten so far in making yourself look the way you want! It is tough to get to where you are at, but you have succeeded and it is awesome to see.
06-30-2009, 01:51 PM
I get stares and rude comments on occasion. I can actually say that it happens at least once every day on the comments and every day on the constant stares. Matt likes to go out on the weekend and it seems if you put alcohol in people their concept of the no touch rule is gone. And then there is the hostile jealousy. As I said before I do it because it makes me happy. But I don't like the interference in my kids life, they have been through enough.
06-30-2009, 02:33 PM
Wait, so i'm not going to be able to get drunk and grope you at the olympia? Dang, what am I going for then?
