Hello my people here at AM. It's def been a minute since I have been on here. School and baseball have been killing me all year but it was worth it I made the deans list for back to back semesters.

Anyways im going to start logging my workouts and will also take some pictures to show progress.

As of today I sit at an embaressing 187lbs. I'm pretty lean but I feel super flat and super small. This is a product of not working out more than once a week for the past 6 or so and having a great diet but only probablem is I could only get in about 2,000cals/day.

I'm moving out 2maro and have a road trip to get back home but I'll be training this week and next week will be a little time off for drive time.

Once I get back home and situated im going to recomp for about 10 weeks or so. Im going to eat at about 3,000 cals a day TKD style (mon-wed-fri). Then a CKD style (sun-tue-thur-sat) with a carb up day every 2 weeks of so.

Im going to train DC style once situated at home and try and do fasted cardio for 30min each day but leg day (work schedule will dictate a little too)

Thanks for the support. I forget that too. I was sick and dropped down into the high 170's at one point.....3 weeks later after busting my ass I was back in the low 200's muscle memory and food are beautiful things!

If anyone is wondering what happened to me......My computer got infected by a virus!!!!

No sweat tho im good to go now. Diet and training have been spot on this entire time, which im super stoked about. I have since changed a few things since I found a few goodies about to expire. I am currently runing to following.....still a simple list

Leviathan (2caps 2x's/day)
X-Factor (4 caps/day)
Creatine Mono (15-20gr/day)
Bulk P-Slin (400-500mg post workout)
100gr WMS (post workout)
10gr Peptapro

I stopped the p-slin shakes because I was getting horrible stomach cramps during my workouts.

My diet/cardio/training have all shifted slightly toward cutting...its summer time :D

I am still doing 30min cardio in the morning 6 days a week (not on leg day) and then another 20min during lunch break at work (2 on 2 or 1 on 1 basketball).

Im training 6 days a week, well actally 7. I do agility stuff on sunday to try and improve springting speed. Split goes as follows

Mon: Back
Tue: Chest/Abs
Wed: Legs
Thur: Shoulders/Abs
Fri: Bicieps
Sat: Triceps
Sunday: Speed training/Abs

X-Factor is starting to kick my ass!!!! Im almost done with my first bottle and the 2 day DOMS is increaseing!!! Im glad tho because this should mean some huge changes in body composition here in the near future.

Im taken today off. I felt slightly under the weather yesterday and felt like crap today, I didn't even go to work. I've had a temp crusing between 100-102 all day. I haven't eaten much but I did throw 50gr BCAA's in a gallon jug of water and have been sipping on the all day.

I'll see how I feel tomorrow and maybe hit an ol back/chest split.

Well I was getting all my stuff together for tomorrow and I relize that I have almost no more WMS. So.....I will be cutting that out, o'well. I think I am going to give up on HI-GI carbs while cutting anyways. Possibly in general, just when bulking and training DC i'll stick to my P-Slin mass shake....I was GFH'n foz real wit dat shezzy,

Anyone have ideas on where or how to implament my Peptapro?
-1st thing in the morning and lower the amount of eggs I eat was my first thought
