5 sets barbell shrugs 225x12 rear,315x12,405x12,405x12,455x12
3 sets hammer strength pull downs close grip 12 reps
3 sets hammer strength reverse grip pull downs 12 plus reps

wow, my lats are fried, but wide as ever, and pumped up. Next back workout is for thickness. what do yall think?

not bad, but where are the dumbell rows and the t-bar rows, also if you are working your lower back that day u need to add some deadlifts and hyperextensions:werd:

my back workouts very from week to week, as in nextweek I will be working more on thickness while this was focused on the lats and width.

oh i see, i like how u incorporate pull ups into your routine, there are so many who overlook this important excersise, i tend to do pullups at the end of my workout to keep the blood pumping

by the time I am done with back I could not do a pull up. I weigh 243 rightnow, and getting heavier. Its hard to pull this thing up 12 times.
