150lb Cable Bench - 9 reps
Skullcrushers mixed reps with 20-30lb dumbbells.
45lb Dumbbell 2 sets of 8 with 5-10 sec negatives.
180lb Tricep pulldown 10 reps
200lb dip machine 10 reps (2 sets)
Dumbbell bent-over row

Much more.. but didnt really feel that great as numbers werent too impressive.. descent workout though.. I'll go for more detail tomm
