  1. Day 9 - Shoulders, Forearms


    9:00am - 1 dth
    12 noon - 1 dth
    Preworkout - JP8 + bcaa
    Intra - waxi maize, bcaa, beta alanine
    Post Workout - Dark Matter

    Shoulders: 12 sets
    Face pulls - 3 sets, 100 lbs, 12 reps, 10 reps, 9 reps
    Upright Rows - 1 set 95 lbs, 13 reps
    1 set, 115lbs, 9 reps
    1 set, 80 lbs, 14 reps
    Lateral Raises - 3 sets, 35lbs, 9 reps, 8 reps, 7 reps
    Front bar raises- 3 sets, 60 lbs, 8 reps, 7 reps, 7 reps

    Traps: 3 sets
    Shrugs - 1 set, 165lbs, 20 reps
    2 set, 225 lbs , 10 reps, 8 reps

    Forearms: 9 sets
    Wrist Curls - 3 sets, 80 lbs, 35 reps, 30 reps, 25 reps
    SUPER SET WITH
    Reverse Wrist Curls - 3 sets, 40 lbs, 40 reps, 35 reps, 25 reps
    Hammer Curls - 3 sets, 35 lbs each hand, 10 reps each, 8 reps, 7 reps

    Review: Feeling very lethargic today. The JP8 got me going in the gym for sure though. I couldnt get a good pump in my shoulders for some reason, maybe ill try upping the reps or maybe i gotta start doing military press again!!! My forearms got an insane pump at the end of my workout, probably due to the super sets. I was also very vascular from the DTH + JP8!!!!


  2. WEEKLY REVIEW:

    JP8 - I would call it energy and motivation in a tub. Provides great pumps, gets me going regardless of how lazy and lethargic I am feeling that day, the endourance is off the charts, I feel like I could work out for over 2 hours without getting tired! Only down side is that I took to much once and didn't like the spraked out energy rush, also made me nautious after my workout! (A)

    DTH - Intensity is crazy!!!! Libido up on 2 pills a day. Makes me eat more as well as gain lots of LBM. Since I have been on DTH I have been gaining around 2 lbs a week average. Pumps and veins in the gym are off the hook, and it gets me looking very vascular all day long! (A+)

    My upper body is really starting to fill out. My traps are rediculous strong and the y stick out like crazy! The lighting in my bathroom is ****ty but my chest, trapz shoulder area is starting to feel monsterous!

    Leg extensions - 3 sets
    Leg Curls - 3 sets
    Squats - 1 set, 225lbs, 12 reps (easy)
    2 sets, 275lbs, 7reps, 6reps (out of breath! but felt easy)
    Leg Press - 3 sets, 3 plates on each side, 15 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps
    Calf press - 1 set, 2 plates each side, 80 reps
    2 sets, 3 plates each side, 50 reps, 40 reps
    Calf Raises - 2 sets, body weight, 50 reps, 40 reps

    REVIEW: Felt so lazy today but forced myself to drink JP8. 5 minutes after drinking i was getting all my **** ready to hit the gym. Had a pretty much normal workout with normal intensity. Didnt have a spotter so I took it easy on the intensity and volume. I think Andrew was right, DTH is great for ATP production and Leg workouts are a sinch on this stuff!

  21. whats weird is that i feel like i took it too east today. I had so much stamina and endourance but i was to lazy to hit 18-20 sets for my back. Or at least thrown in some forearms or something. Cuz my back certainly felt like it could keep going!!!! maybe its good i dont keep going so i don't over train!

    Or am I the only one GETTIN DIESEL on this thread? Because let me tell you the gains have not been coming slow. I'm not looking foward to getting off the DTH next week. In fact you might say I'm a bit scared. DTH has been with me now for over a month helping me slam iron and feel like a horse in the gym and in the kitchen!!!!

    So to substitute for DTH and creatine, I think I will cycle in GLYCOBOL. YES YOU HEARD IT RIGHT!!! GLYCOBOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !! ANY COMMENTS ON THIS BOLD MOVE?

    LOL, stacking glycobol with NosEsther would be a killer stack, not to mention that Na-R-Ala helps one to utilize creatine intake, so definitely go for it.:dl:

  31. Nope no rule, just opinons....Just make sure to drink your water. Personally i take it all year. Tho i switch kinds/brands....

    My fav. was Green Mag cause i didnt get bloat but when i got sick and stopped using it i guess it went bad cause i went to used it the first day back and it was all very hard stuff Not sure what happend? But right now im on SizeOn which i love! But next i wanna try either Neovar or CRE-02.....

    But ya just make sure you drink ur H20 bro

    Ordered me up some JP8 and DTH last night, also added some ZMA to see how it fits in the mix. Gonna be Gettin' Diesel Soon Dawg!. Probly start out slow with the DTH, 2 /day, then see if I need to increase dose.

    Checked out Glycobol, looks like a solid deal bro, but if DTH is what's been doin' it for ya, should keep it up

    thanks BRO. You might wanna PM chuck diesel about the ZMA, and DTH. I think ZMA might do absolutely nothing while on DTH, because DTH does have some zinc in it. Zinc aids your body in producing test or something! ZMA is a staple of mine. I always take it, unless im taking DTH, than i dont take it.

    JP8 isnt going no where. But i wanna give the DTH a break. Yeah do2 a day for at least a week maybe 2 weeks. 3 a day is nice but lower sex drive for me :/ 4 a day is hard to deal with, i get lazy, irritable, frustrated, angry, lethargic, angry, tired, and i rage on people sometimes..... yes i did have to mention all those side effects all those times!!!! I didnt knowtice the gains coming any faster on 4 a day than 2 a day. Chuck will tell you that less is more sometimes on DTH!

    Right on dawg. Sounds like DTH, if taken in excess, can lead to PMS (jk jk).

    Quick Q about JP8. Some peeps say they take 1/2 a scoop, some say 1 - 2 scoops. Wondering how strong a sup it is? Cuz I can blow through a tub of Jacked in like a week. Hopefully this won't be the same, cuz it gets kinda costly lol

    honestly i would take 1/2 scoop your first time, 3/4 scoop actually is just a tiny bit too strong for me, 1/2 scoop is a tiny bit to weak so go in between!

  36. Dropping creatine and DTH today. Today is my last day so I will let yall know if i feel any effects from losing 2 of my best supliments.

    Most people take 3/4 to 1.5 scoops JP8. I take 1 and a 1/4.

    Start at 0.5; I take 1 Scoop of the grape, about 1.25-1.5 of the old lemonade. Give it 30-45mins min. to settle in your stomach or you will feel nauseous.

    Also buster like I mentioned in the other thread, we are receiving the Glycobol this Friday and will try and get as many orders out as possible. Rest will go out Monday.

    posting infrequently to let you know i'm watching i agree that less is more - tolerance doesn't build up as fast, and the sides don't always show with a lower dose.
