Improvements: WOW I Have a 3lb gain since the last set of pictures i posted. 165lbs as of today!!!!! Granted some of that is water weight or something, its gotta be at least a solid pound or two!!!! Its only been like 8 or 9 days since then!!!!

just ate 2 fat bowls of cereal to bump me up to 3,000 calories for the day.... gotta make the 3k mark or my life is pathetic!

So can I replace Trac NO Xtreme with JP8 for my workout? or should I wait a few months until I hit up the DTH?

i would wait a month or two or until you hit a plateau to hit up DTH. I would definately choose JP8 over Trac NO Extreme!!!

p.s. what's your thoughts on the waxy maize, during workouts? Is it filling, or how's the stuff work really?

note: if you mix waxi maize with BCAAs, its gonna taste nasty, so get some crystal light to mix with it. Dont mix it with gatorade or coolaide or nothing like that because that will only slow down the absorbtion of the waximaize!!

Face pulls - 3 sets, 100 lbs, 12 reps, 10 reps, 9 reps
Upright Rows - 1 set 95 lbs, 13 reps
1 set, 115lbs, 9 reps
1 set, 80 lbs, 14 reps
Lateral Raises - 3 sets, 35lbs, 9 reps, 8 reps, 7 reps
Front bar raises- 3 sets, 60 lbs, 8 reps, 7 reps, 7 reps
Traps: 3 sets
Shrugs - 1 set, 165lbs, 20 reps
2 set, 225 lbs , 10 reps, 8 reps
Forearms: 9 sets

Review: Feeling very lethargic today. The JP8 got me going in the gym for sure though. I couldnt get a good pump in my shoulders for some reason, maybe ill try upping the reps or maybe i gotta start doing military press again!!! My forearms got an insane pump at the end of my workout, probably due to the super sets. I was also very vascular from the DTH + JP8!!!!

JP8 - I would call it energy and motivation in a tub. Provides great pumps, gets me going regardless of how lazy and lethargic I am feeling that day, the endourance is off the charts, I feel like I could work out for over 2 hours without getting tired! Only down side is that I took to much once and didn't like the spraked out energy rush, also made me nautious after my workout! (A)
DTH - Intensity is crazy!!!! Libido up on 2 pills a day. Makes me eat more as well as gain lots of LBM. Since I have been on DTH I have been gaining around 2 lbs a week average. Pumps and veins in the gym are off the hook, and it gets me looking very vascular all day long! (A+)

My upper body is really starting to fill out. My traps are rediculous strong and the y stick out like crazy! The lighting in my bathroom is ****ty but my chest, trapz shoulder area is starting to feel monsterous!

Legs: 17 sets
Leg extensions - 3 sets
Leg Curls - 3 sets
Squats - 1 set, 225lbs, 12 reps (easy)
2 sets, 275lbs, 7reps, 6reps (out of breath! but felt easy)
Leg Press - 3 sets, 3 plates on each side, 15 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps
Calf press - 1 set, 2 plates each side, 80 reps
2 sets, 3 plates each side, 50 reps, 40 reps
Calf Raises - 2 sets, body weight, 50 reps, 40 reps
REVIEW: Felt so lazy today but forced myself to drink JP8. 5 minutes after drinking i was getting all my **** ready to hit the gym. Had a pretty much normal workout with normal intensity. Didnt have a spotter so I took it easy on the intensity and volume. I think Andrew was right, DTH is great for ATP production and Leg workouts are a sinch on this stuff!
