It says 155 but its 165. I can do more but it was set three and trying to stay low destroys my power.

Im 6'3" 190ish and going to post more.

My workout was 60 chins (20, 15, 15, 10)
Dumbell rows 5x5 (80, 90, 100, 110, 120)
Bent over overhand rows x10 (135, 145, 155, 165)
Good mornings x10 (100, 100, 100)
Widegrip pushdowns (70, 85, 100, 115, 130, 85, 70) Super set with hard flexing and a quick drink before doing another 10 pushdowns.

Oddly my calves and hammies feel it but the long extension on the dumbell rows and the pushdowns gave me a nice "V" pump at the lower insertion of my lats.

P.S sorry my vids are sideways.

Im thinking of tossing in some drive, and renegade to this log. I won a contest awhile back for some Osteo-sport, RPM, Drive and IGF-2. I have some Peak Beta coming, maybe.. its been two months. I havent used hormones for over two years so hmmm, i like being natty.

I wont compete, powerlift but i like being strong and healthy so here we are.

Im currently running, ON nitro core protein, Purple Wraath, blast (somtimes) nimbus for Pre- WO, EFA's, Liver tabs (somtimes), glutamine, leucine, waxy maise starch and have some GMS for later.

Did legs today, solo so no vid. Ive got chicken legs and man am i rocked today.

Barbell front squat: 135x15, 155x12, 175x10, 195x6
One leg quad ext: 60x10, 70 x10, 80x9, 90x6 Sick pumps, it hurts..
Two leg quad ext: 140x10, 160x10
Leg press machine: 200x15, 300x10, 400x10, 450(max)x8 Ive never felt such intense pain since starting Purple wraath and ive been waiting until my hammies werent sore to hit legs... they are still sore so i focused on quads only today and threw in some chest for supersets.

Incline dumbell: 90x12, 100x10, 110x7
Incline flyes: 35x12, 45x10, 55x9, 65x6 Elbows slightly bent to accomodate a stretch and tree hug finish.
Not sure what these are called but light dumbells start at sides and bring forward and up to flex lower and middle chest finishing with hands together and at shoulder level.
25x10, 20x10, 15x10 30 sec rest.

Stretched out nicely and had a hard time getting up and down stairs... Its no secret my legs are needing to catch up to my upper body since i hate training them.
I wont be a bb'er but my fkin arms will catch up if i dont blast them i swear...
Cheers all.

This is a great idea for a log bro!, I like how you posted the videos, the sideways video is kind of hard to watch, but lab tops are easy to rotate. But seriously this puts things in a great perspective, especially on form, and folks wanting to learn how to do it correctly. are you trying to post videos for all your w/o’s? I will say you guys killing them DB rows, makes me look like a 7 yr old! Hahaha,

Sub'd in:)

My buddy almost got his leg ripped off and i got some pics of after it was sewn back together ill toss them in for fun. Later.
They got ran off the road by some gy driving like an idiot and during the course of another truck coming to pull them out they decided to try to put some weight in the back of the stuck truck. They guy in the other truck wasnt supposed to pull but he tought if i pull now while they got weight in there we'll get it out. My buddy, standing in the box, got some slack wrapped around his leg got a 1.5 inch tow line around it broke it in the middle of his tib/fib(shin) and then it twisted 4 or 5 times around. Ripped the tailgate clean off and his leg stayed on.. barely. Buddy ran over flipped his twisted and bent leg over, un twisted it and then he sat in the back of the non stuck truck and drove 20 mins to meet an ambulance while holding shredded meat and splintered bone.

This was avoidable, so guys as always be safe out there, any time any place can change the course of your life if you dont consider the consequences.

I did an arm workout two days ago and forgot to add it in between back and quads/chest.

Dips with plates n bodyweight x15, 90x12, 135x10, 180x10
Standing barbell curl: 65x12, 95x10, 105x9, 115x8
Barbell skullcrushers: 65x12, 95x10, 105x10, 115x10, 125x7
One arm cable pressdowns: 50x12, 55x10, 60x10, 60x8
Bent over cable curl: 40x12, 45x10, 50x7
Reverse grip curls: 65x10, 65x8, 65x8

I ask this dude to put the plates on my lap,he rolls his eyes does it then walks so i had 4 plates on my thighs after my10 reps it was a lil awkward to get them off while suspended between two benches fkin douche.

Rediculous pump, haterstwice my size were hatin from across the ymca talking trash and when i skulled 125for 7 and curled 115 for 8 with great form they loked mad and shut up. 195.6 with clothes and shoes on today. I drink purple wraath twice a day sometimes before the gym cause it tastes good.. somtimes after my PWO meal 1 and 2 and always start sipping on the way to the gym, during my WO and then finish it on the way home. Pwo shake has Nitro-core ON whey, 5gr glutamine, 7g(or so) leucine, 30-40 gr waxymaise starch and sometimes NOW foods SUper greens.

that's why i don't even bother to work out at the ymca anymore because it's all about posturing and not lifting the weights. that's why i always make you go to pg fitness studio to work out. better lifting atmosphere.

Do you like dropping the weight to the floor when doing BB Rows? I'd have to imagine that is tuff for you at your height. Punny's style seems like it would be better for you.

Yeah youd expect that from a younger guy but it was these two guys in their forties or so, hatin heavy. You know when guys across the gym are watchin you, so there was this implied competition going on, the one guy is thick but ill give him a run for his money anyday.

I get into the YMCA for free because i go there with some disabled guys to train them and as their "attendant" i get in for free, and get paid at the same time. :thanks:

I can add a solid 50-90 pounds to my bb rows when i go underhand and stand at 45 degrees or higher, skimming my thighs. I dont usually do it this way but that workout was a punny workout and it looks like i was going overboard on the bend. Punthra clearly has better form, i sometimes do things the hard way on purpose. I was however trying to avoid the jerk motion and using momentum.

Your right.

if your way stimulates the muscle swg then don't sweat it. everybody's position of comfort is different when it comes to certain exercises. watch pro bodybuilder videos and you realize that everyone has different form for certain exercises. it's whatever works for you not for everyone else. how i row might not be the same as other people on this site.

So i did shoulders and some calves. I only took vids of the arnold style shoulder presses, well a variation anyway. Ive been going heavier for reg presses but wanted to mix it up a bit and try a variation since these have been steadily showing slight improvement. Some soreness from chest and a fairly heavy arm day the last two days so i expect to be stronger next week if i do these again.

Warm-up.
Dumbell shoulder press: 40x15, 50x12, 60x10, 75x7 i think.
Incline rear delt flyes: 10x12, 15x10, 20x10
Super set with side laterals arms bent at 90 degrees: 20x10, 25x10
Reverse pec dec: 75x12, 75x10, 60x10, 60x8
Crossed arms over head reverse cable flye: 35x12, 30x10, 25x10, 25x8
Short rest intervals. Done with high cable attachment, arms crossed right arm on left cable, left arm on right cable, pulluing from over head start to "t" body finish. Also for rear delts cause mine suck hamster cack.

Calf raises: 80x15, 80x15, 80x12, toes outx10, toes inx10.

Planks: 45 sec hold flat, 55 sec hold, 70 sec hold, stretching

Out of curiosity what camera are you video taping with? Quality seems good.
Ive got a Sony cybershot, carl zeiss version, 7.2 mega pixels 2007n model. picked it up in hawaii on vacay for $109, with case, docking station (for t.v slide shows and charging), charger but bought a 2gig card for extra $25 USD. Its a nice lil camera and for under $200 for the full meal deal after exchange its wicked.

Nice. I'd like to get one of them. I use to record lifts with a cell phone but the quality sucked and I always had to prop up the cell with db's and other things. Pain in the ass basically.

Did some back and both me and punthra , mostly me :), are feeling the effects of new excercises, a long week and steady hard workouts. I did shoulders day before and my rear delts were hurtin.

My form suffered when i was over had rowing 265, its 75 pounds more than i weigh and with me being tall i kept feeling like i was falling forward kinda. I did the first two reps as id like then started to stand up a bit at the top of the movement. Next time ill either stop at 245 or maybe it will be ok at the top of the lift when my rears arent trashed.

Barbell overhand row: 135x12, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5*Vid*, 265x5*Vid*
Monster set of back: Gorilla grip pulldowns, Seated row, Head pulls, Back extensions.
180x10, 180x10, 120x10, bodyweightx10 - Set 1
190x10, 200x10, 135x10, bodyweight arms forwardx10 - Set 2 *Vid*
200x8, 220x7, 120x6 - dropped 110 x4, Bodyweight + 25 pounds in front x 10. Set 3
Glose grip seated rows for pump: 110x10, 120x8

To much of a crazy bi-forearm pump to continue.

So this ends 4 straight now REST.

Chest Massacre

Incline smith barbell: 135x12, 185x5, 235x5, 275x5, 285x5 <--- help on last.
Also during the 275x5 set i stuck for a sec, pun put the camera down and gave me a small nudge and i finished the rep.
Flat dumbell press: 80x12, 90x7, 100x5 almost fell off the bench then help on last rep.
Body weight Dips: 12, 10 , 10
Flat dumbell flyes: 40x10, 30x10, 30x9 Had trouble finishing the top 20% of the rep.

Good workout, i strugged with the dumbells, chest was spent, i dont usually go heavy to 5 reps but im diggin it, nice work punny!

Planks: 60sec, 50 sec, 45 sec
10 pushups... my chest and front delt were toast.

Thanks dude, ive only recently started being consistent at the gym and not drinking on the weekends. Things are comin together for me, after my 22 days in hawaii this summer i was 179 and i developed a taste for rum. I havent really been this consistent in the gym for a year atleast focusing more on sports and mental well being, but i havent felt better in years.

Quiet in here, alot of logs have tonnes of guys in there , how come mine is so quiet ? does it suck or is there not much to say?

No way, video logs require a lot of effort, just give it some time. The more logs you run, the more people you accumulate as subscribers. Out of those many subscribers, only handful will stick around and become active posters. It's a reputation thing, when people know you stick with your logs and complete them, then people tend to stick around.

If you want to strike conversation, having a clear objective is usually helpful, then people can inquire or encourage your progress or learn something specific about accomplishing your stated objectives. I think I read you're into strength, but I didn't find that out until the second post, next time, it'd best serve drive by subbers if it was in the intro, because drive by subbers brief the intro and decide to stay or not, depending on the objectives of the log. I hope I don't sound preachy, I'm just trying to lend a helping hand. You've been a member awhile, but I don't know how many logs you've ran, so you may already know this. Posting helpful information is one thing, hosting a log is another beast altogether when it comes to reputation and accumulating "active subscribers" just give it time. My logs were rather quiet for awhile, but I kept logging even though I only had 2 or 3 active posters because I found it enjoyable. Eventually, you form more relationships, and find people who will follow your log if your doing a log on dirt clogs, they'll still actively post just because. Your own logs reveal more about your personal knowledge then any brilliant, random posts here and there and people will learn to either respect your knowledge or simply enjoy your logs. These Rep Power BS don't mean anything. Just give it time, bro.

The real golden nugget to an active log is when you starlight a particular supplement or stack, then people who intend to purchase a product follow rather intently. Maybe you should forefront a particular supplement. That way, your videos show off the effects of a supplement or the lack thereof, which would help in arousing discussions. I hope I didn't sound preachy or high & mighty or anything, I'm just trying to help out. I know how much effort video logs can be.

No way, video logs require a lot of effort, just give it some time. The more logs you run, the more people you accumulate as subscribers. Out of those many subscribers, only handful will stick around and become active posters. It's a reputation thing, when people know you stick with your logs and complete them, then people tend to stick around.

You know volcom you are talented as you are intelligent and i believe you will succeed at anything you do in life with a not very common ability to be objective. Success IMO is pursuing, with progress, anything of interest to your own end.

Im gonna spread the word like drunk chicks legs.
