The supplements I will be taking are as follows:

HAVOC/RPM (In Bold - Always 4 caps pre-workout)
-Week 1: 10, 10, 10, 20, 20, 20, 30
-Week 2: 30, 30, 30, 30, 30, 30, 40
-Week 3: 40, 40, 40, 40, 40, 40, 40
-Week 4: 40, 30, 30, 30, 20, 20, 20
-Week 5: 20, 20, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
Scivation Whey - Chocolate
-2 shakes during day with Oatmeal and Fruit as meal replacement
-1 post workout
Scivation XTend
-8 scoops/day (2 morning, 4 workout, 2 night)
Animal Pak
-1 morning
Uni-Liver
-As Directed
Joint Support
-As directed
ZMA
-Before bed

For PCT (This is where I need the advice):
Whey, XTEND, Animal Pak will stay the same
Nolvadex XT
-Start with 2 caps, final week of Havoc/RPM
-Increase two three until bottle is finished
Tribulus
-1 cap in morning
ZMA
-Before bed

Diet will be (Aiming for 4,500-5,000 calories/day):
7:30 - Breakfast
10:30 - Snack 1 (Whey, Oats, Banana)
1:00 - Lunch
4:00 - Snack 2 (Whey, Oats, Fruit)
6:30 - Post-Workout Shake
7:00 - Dinner (College cafeteria closes at 7, so I have to cram this meal in near to shake)
10:00 - Bed Time Snack
11:00 - Sleep

300g Protein, 400g Carbs, 70g Fat

Workout will be:
Monday: Arms/Abs
Tuesday: Chest/Shoulders
Wednesday: REST
Thursday: Back
Friday: Legs/Abs
Saturday & Sunday: Rest

Starting next week, please critique until then!

I'll be watching. I was thinking about a cycle once I drop weight.
