This is my very first log so I'll take advice and criticisms!
I have always been lean and it was difficult to build any muscle unless I ate, ate, ate, and then ate some more. I still drop wt easily from not eating enough while on vacation so I take my tubs of protein EVERYWHERE! I will be cutting through January, then Feb 1 I will start to lean bulk again. I may be inspired to do another mini-cut before summer.
